If you put stuff like the above in .ctwmrc, then start the clients any
way you like, the clients will have occupation as you specified.
Btw, for clients which understand the -xrm command line argument, you
can specify -xrm 'ctwm.workspace:foo' (or a similar syntax, search for
"xrm" in the NEWS, README and CHANGES files.
