Missing Titlebars

Hi,

I am using ctwm 3.2pl1 on an SGI Power Indigo II running IRIX
6.01. Everything seems to work well except for missing titlebars on
one application. When this application executes, a window appears complete
with titelbar and pushbuttons. The problem occurs when menus from
within the application are created. The windows contains these menus
and dialog boxes have no titlebars or pushbuttons. I've removed the
"NoTitles" command and still can't get a titlebar to appear. This
problem does not appear if I use the motif window manager.

The application in case any one is interested is a public domain
plotting program called xmgr written by Paul Turner.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
