I have ported to ctwm-3.4 my patch that noticeably improves on the AlwaysOnTop
feature by creating several "layers" (priority levels) where you can put the
windows insuring that they stay above or below each other.

Since the patch is 26KB compressed, I won't post it to this mailing-list,
so if anybody is interested, he should send me mail.
