Claude,
some clients that I start on this system here take a long time to
start up. So I would switch to an empty workspace, open the menu start the
client and then return to work in another workspace. As I am working the
clent will open its window in the current workspace rather than the
workspace where I opened the menu and started it.
Is there any way of making a client open its windows in the
workspace from where it was started?
Secondly, what is the possibility of adding a command line option
(such as the -geometry option) which is general to all clients which would
make a client start in a specified workspace? So if I wanted to start an
xterm in workspace 3 I could type
>xterm -workspace 3 &
PS 3.5beta is working fine - no problems...
