WIBNI ctwm supported sloppy focus like fvwm does? Fyi, sloppy focus
is similar to focus-follows-mouse (which is what ctwm does by default
unless you use the f.focus function), except that focus doesn't leave
the window when the mouse pointer leaves it and is over the root
window.
