Sigh, I must have spent 20 minutes reading the man page and missed that.
It only does top, bottom, right, left. It's still missing 3 parameters
I'd like to see. I'd call them "vertical", "horizontal", and "full"
to allow expansion in two or all four directions simultaneously.
It looks like almost a trivial change to menus.c/fillwindow(). Is that
right?
