X11R6 and animation

The HandleEvent function now uses XtAppNextEvent if you configure in X11R6,
but this overrides the CtwmNextEvent function which takes care of timing
out when you have animation.

I have a workaround that seems to work, but for some reason when
I try it from GDB it fails: ctwm gets stuck at startup waiting for
events.

Take a look at the patch and tell me what's wrong,
