Thanks a lot for your patch Stefan.
AutoPopup works fine for me. When I tried the feature on emacs
for the first few times, ctwm stopped when popping up the emacs
window(s), sometimes telling me that I found a bug. But now
(maybe after logging out) I cannot reproduce this problem.

P.S.: Do I have to take special care if I also want to apply the
AutoLower.patch? Like order of patching. (I didn't try it yet.)
